As Vice President of Human Resources, Ed is responsible for all human resource and administrative functions for the company including Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Human Resource Information Systems, Payroll, Employee Learning & Development and Facilities management. Ed's role is to ensure that we “Put Our People First” and create an Employer of Choice environment for each and every employee.
Ed has spent the last 12 years in various Human Resource leadership capacities with technology companies in Atlanta. Most recently, Ed co-founded and was Principal with HR Connections & Consulting, which provides integrated HR & Recruiting consulting solutions to early stage, fast growing and rapidly changing organizations. Prior to HR Connections, he has held HR Executive positions with S1, Interland, and MindSpring/EarthLink.
Ed is skilled in all facets of HR with a strategic business focus. He has demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as expertise in building and maintaining a service oriented organization. He is a highly effective team builder, motivator and communicator with a track record of developing and implementing business strategies. Ed has the ability to connect strategic vision and change with tactical implementation and results.
Ed currently serves as Past President and Board Member for the Society for Human Resource Management Atlanta.
