Resident Self-Service
Empowers residents, both new and returning, to complete all applications, agreements, roommate selections, room reservations, and payments online. The system tracks the details of the application process so housing staff can ensure each step has been completed by the customer.
Property/Inventory Management
Allows housing staff to manage all aspects of the day-to-day housing process in a paperless environment: creating forms, setting policies, changing/swapping rooms, adjusting reservations, changing rates, performing task and workflow automation, managing additional products, communicating with residents, activity history, and real-time reports.
Resident Information
Provides a complete list of customer demographic information with a complete online activity history log. The customer information file includes attributes such as name, addresses, customer/school/WebRoomz ID, DOB, class standing, housing status, roommate information, transaction information, and user-defined fields. Staff members can view a customer account through the same user interface as the residents themselves.
CRM
AMS provides a robust set of features to facilitate customer relationship management (CRM), including:
- Ability to send a communication to a single customer or group of customers via multiple methods (e-mail, mail merge, WebRoomz messaging)
- Event tracking to show all events related to a customer (type of communication, date/time stamp, description)
- Extensive notes at the resident account level

In addition to providing students with online room/roommate selection, WebRoomz AMS also provides online account balances and payments for residents. Online help features assist in eliminating student phone calls to the housing staff.
At the same time, WebRoomz AMS provides property staff with the ability to perform online market research to understand housing demand and to make immediate changes based on that demand.
