WebRoomz understands that the success of a system implementation has as much to do with training as it does with the actual implementation. For this very reason, WebRoomz offers numerous training classes to ensure that our customers our educated on how to use the WebRoomz system.
Our Approach WebRoomz approaches training with an emphasis on sound instructional design and content delivery methods. We follow a software instruction methodology that adheres to the tenet that the content in software instruction courses can be broken down into three types of information: vocabulary, concepts, and procedures. By building training courses that utilize this approach, course participants will understand important terminology, the larger concepts regarding the software, and the specific procedures for performing tasks using WebRoomz.
